Property developer opens headquarters in Koh Pich

After four years of operations in Cambodia, China-based property developer Prince Real Estate Group on Saturday inaugurated its headquarter building in Phnom Penh’s Diamond Island.

The 5-floor building will host all the group’s subsidiaries in the Kingdom, said Qiu Guoxing, Prince Real Estate Group executive chairman.

The modern building has energy-saving features and includes a large conference room and a supermarket, he added.

Established in Cambodia in 2015, Prince Real Estate Group has invested more than $2 billion in large condominiums and commercial centres.
