Air Astana, Kazakhstan’s international flag carrier, continues expanding its network, with the announcement of a new service between the largest city of the Kazakhstan, Almaty, and Hong Kong. The route is the 6th new international route that Air Astana introduced in 2012 with 3 more to follow.
Direct flights between Hong Kong and Almaty will be operated twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays starting from 28 August 2012 by Boeing 757 aircraft offering 16 seats in business class and 150 seats in economy class. Flights KC930 departs from Hong Kong at 22:15 and flights KC929 departs from Almaty at 01:35. Convenient connections to comprehensive network of Air Astana in CIS are available including Baku, Tbilisi, Bishkek, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Dushanbe, Tashkent and more.
