Regional airlines in South East Asia, operating within the Philippines are allowing customers to rebook flights without cancellation fees or other penalties.
Severe weather conditions in Manilla have caused torrential rain, deep flooding and extensive damage to infrastructure and residential areas.

Philippine Airlines (PAL) said it will waive rebooking fees for passengers who are unable to make their flights due to the floods.

The rebooking fees were only waived for flights departing on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
