HO CHI MINH CITY, 10 September 2012: Four countries in the Mekong region join hands to attract more international tourists using the upcoming International Travel Expo HCMC 2012 as a platform.

Vietnam hosts the event in a partnership with Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar, but for the first time Thailand has been invited to attend a seminar to explore future cooperation.

ITE 2012 will be held 13 to 15 September at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre in HCMC, Vietnam.

Now in its 8th year,  the event continues with its theme “4CODE – four countries, One Destination for Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam,” but this year it is extending an invitation to Thailand to join specific sessions.
