EVA Air launches upgraded website

24 Oct 2012  2045 | Business & Trade Fairs

EVA Air has launched a new global website with upgraded, more user-friendly interface. The redesign simplifies functions and presents information in a fresh, appealing format so that it is easier to read and navigate. It also groups all of EVA’s special deals and travel-product sales in one location, right on the homepage. Now, a www.evaair.com visitor can more quickly find what they need with the click of a button.

EVA’s redesign features a cleaner design, uses fewer banners, simplifies services such as online booking and organizes product information by theme. It facilitates online ticket purchases, meal selection and advance duty-free orders, reflecting market trends. And for the convenience of passengers worldwide, the website is also available in five languages, traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese, English, Japanese and German. In every language, the site guides passengers through the ticketing process and more.

New tools such as a world clock and a digital edition of EVA’s recently rebranded inflight magazine, en Voyage, make www.evaair.com even more practical. Passengers can read en Voyage between trips to stay on top of international trends and discover places to visit and things to do in EVA destinations around the globe.

In addition, EVA improved the function that enables business travelers to order favorite dishes and special meals in advance of flights from a larger menu than it can offer inflight.  And it will gradually introduce more options for these travelers.

EVA’s routing within Asia is among the best in the airline industry. From gateways in Europe, Oceania and, in North America, from Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto and Vancouver, passengers can make one stop in Taipei and easily connect onward to most major business and leisure destinations throughout Asia. Travelers can check schedules, book, buy and reserve seats through travel agents and brokers, by calling an EVA ticket office or via the redesigned website at www.evaair.com.
