SINGAPORE - Singapore is on sale, with Scoot celebrating the anniversary of flights from the Gold Coast to Singapore – and you get the presents – with Scoot offering great low fares from Gold Coast to Singapore, and you get a “FEE” return flight (“Fee” being taxes payable.)
Said Campbell Wilson, CEO of Scoot, “How time flies! In just 365 days Scoot has expanded our fleet from one aircraft to five, our network from one city to 10 – 11 from next week – and carried more than one million guests.
“Scoot has fulfilled its promise to provide more competition, more choice, more value and more empowerment to the travelling public – evidenced by our load factor consistently exceeding 80%. On behalf of all 400 members of Team Scoot, thank you to all those who’ve supported Scoot during our first year of operations. It’s been a busy one, we’ve learned a lot and it’s been a good start - but it’s only a start. We can’t wait to bring our great fun, great value and Scootitude to even more cities very soon,” added Campbell.
On sale from 1pm (Gold Coast time) on June 12th 2013 till 1pm on 13th June 2013 (or until seats sell out). Travel period from now until 30th September, 2013. Blackout periods may apply over school holiday and event periods.
Scoot’s network now comprises 10 cities including Singapore, Sydney, Gold Coast, Bangkok, Taipei, Tokyo, Tianjin, Qingdao, Shenyang and Nanjing, with Seoul commencing next week. In conjunction with four partner airlines, Scoot offers 36 more cities for sale, bringing the total number to 47.
