Newly expanded SilverKris Lounge opens at Melbourne Airport

 Singapore Airlines is pleased to announce today’s opening of the newly renovated and expanded SilverKris Lounge at Melbourne Airport.

Singapore Airlines’ customers and eligible Virgin Australia Velocity members can now enjoy a variety of seating options in both the Business and First Class lounges, designed to ensure comfort and convenience whether passengers are relaxing, working or enjoying a freshly prepared treat from Melbourne’s Café Vue, prior to their flight.

New light features and side tables with built-in power plugs and baggage storage provide a relaxing yet functional lounge space while existing facilities have all been upgraded, including showers and baby changing facilities. A new Business Centre and high-speed Wi-Fi provide passengers with full accessibility and connectivity on the ground.

The new lounge, together with the start of a fourth daily service, reflect Singapore Airlines’ ongoing investment in offering Melbourne travellers comfort, convenience and access to the airline’s global network.
