Outgoing Ambassador of India to Cambodia, H.E. Rajesh Kumar Sachdeva bids farewell to Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Hor Namhong, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation yesterday in Phnom Penh after having accomplished his three-year and six month diplomatic mission in Cambodia.
