SHENZHEN - 2013 PGA Merchandise Show-Asia will be held in Shenzhen, the heart of South China from 1-3 December, 2013 by Reed Guanghe Exhibitions and PGA World Alliance. It is one of the most fascinating and exciting golf exhibitions in Asia and features a wide range of golf products and equipment, golf apparel, golf course design and maintenance options, travel and sports lifestyle products and also the newly added segment: sustainable golf.
New business opportunities
The Chinese golf market is now the fastest-growing market in the world and is expected to have around 20 million golfers by 2020. With the increase in golfers the amount of golf courses is expected to double by 2020 according to a white paper from China Golf Industry Report. New business opportunities will be coming to you within the great commercial atmosphere. 2012 PGA Merchandise Show-Asia was a great success. It attracted more than 250 brands from 17 countries and 5,000+ visitors over three days. These included 665 TAP buyers (the decision makers from real estate, distributors & golf courses with clear buying intention and a purchasing list). Moreover, 35 new exhibitors took part, 18 of which were entering the China market for the first time.
2013 PGA Merchandise Show-Asia will boast 16,000 M2 of exhibition space, 350 brands and an expected 12,000 visitors on-site, including 700 TAP Buyers that will fully satisfy your business opportunity demand, providing you with a great platform to communicate with other exhibitors from the golf industry about future business deals. In addition, the event will receive plenty of media exposure as 70 media outlets will fully cover this event.
New initiatives
This year, PGA Merchandise Show-Asia will launch several new initiatives, such as Sustainable Golf Pavilion, Golf Apparel and Sports Lifestyle Pavilion.
Sustainable Golf initiative - The desire for environmentally friendly golf is rapidly growing within China and Asia from an environmental, financial and social perspective. This year, we will cooperate with GCSAA, GCBAA, R&A and AGIF for the purpose of addressing misunderstandings from the media and public about golf pollution, and deliver solutions regarding how to protect the environment. What's more, half day seminars supported by these top golf associations will discuss the key environmental challenges faced by the golf industry in China and elsewhere in Asia.
Golf Apparel -  During the last PGA Merchandise Show-Asia, golf apparel gained a lot of attention from the attendees so this year we will expand the golf equipment pavilion by introducing more golf product segments such as golf shoes and golf accessories etc. Exhibitors will include the famous Chinese golf shoe brand Sunnyhaha.
Sports Lifestyle Pavilion - This pavilion will definitely expand your product channels as China is now one of the largest golf product manufacture bases in the world and boasts a large amount of golf pro-shops that bring you new commercial opportunities.
