Revamp redefines V Happy Valley

HONG KONG – Recognising a greater demand for 2-bedroom apartments in the Happy Valley area, V Group closed the property in June 2012 to undergo a full-scale renovation to reconfigure its layout and further modernise its interior design.

Originally comprising of four, 2-bedroom apartments among 48 units, largely made up of studios, V Happy Valley now features 35, dream two and 13, magic two bedroom spanning 24 floors. Two of the 2-bedroom apartments also benefit from a terraced garden with outdoor dining area.

Both units additionally have a double tattomi in the lounge area which can be used as a sofa – in a sitting position and a leaning back position or as an extra guest-bed.
