Absolute Hotel Services India appoints two new executives for spas and marketing communications for the region

MUMBAI – Sameer Dharkar, Managing Director of Absolute Hotel Services India, has the pleasure to announce the appointment of two new positions for the India region, effective immediately, with Ms. Archana Ghemeri becoming Director of Spas and Ms. Shivikka Suneja taking on the role of Director of Marketing Communications.
Archana brings with her 15 years of experience in the Wellness Industry. Having trained herself under RAISON D’ ETRE, a Swedish spa training consultancy, she also holds Diplomas in Advanced Beauty & Hair Treatments, Aromatherapy and Cosmetology. She has worked with leading spas located in the most prestigious of hotels including the Westin, Taj Group (Jiva Spa) and Radisson Hotels (Mandara Spa). Her all-encompassing work experience has aided her into a role of consultant, specializing in developing spas with salons. She will be based at Alibaug and also look after the pre-opening and operation of all AHS spas in India.
Shivikka Suneja has 12 years of experience in integrated marketing, advertising, brand management, public relations and communications, retailing, franchising, sales management, operations and client relationship across diverse industry sectors such as QSR food and beverage, fashion labels, jewellery, luxury goods and lifestyle retail consulting, real estate and hotels.  She graduated with an MBA in Marketing and Communication from The DelhiSchool of Communications.  She will be based in Mumbai’s regional office handling  public relations and communication activities for all branded and non-branded hotels under the management of Absolute Hotel Services in India and the Middle East.
