Sheraton Macao Hotel kicks off 2014 with "Meet 24"

MACAU - Sheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central, Starwood's largest hotel globally, and the biggest hotel in Macau with 3,896 room and more than 14,000m2 of meeting space has rolled out Meet 24, believed to be the first offer of its kind providing smaller meeting groups flexible check-in and check-out times.

Instead of the usual fixed check-in time of 3:00pm and check-out time of 11:00am, Meet 24 allows meeting groups to check-in any time and check-out at the same time on the day of departure at no additional cost. This means that if the group's preferred check-in time is 8:00pm, the check-out time will be 8:00pm on the day of departure and no additional charges will apply. What's more, meeting space booked will be held for the same duration, meaning planners and delegates will enjoy meeting and relaxation time with incomparable flexibility.

A first for Asia Pacific meeting planners and exclusive to Sheraton Macao Hotel -- Meet 24 is available only to members of the Starwood Preferred Planner program. Meet 24 also focuses on the special meeting requirements of smaller groups with a minimum booking per day of 20 guestrooms and a maximum of 100 guestrooms plus at least one full-day meeting for all participants. Time is precious so being able to meet at a time more convenient for everyone really makes a difference to the event.

Sheraton Macao Hotel is located in the center of the glittering Cotai Strip Resorts Macao. With its extensive room inventory and meeting space, the property is not only capable of hosting large conferences under one roof, its versatile meeting space can also be configured to cater to smaller, more intimate meetings. The property's 4,891m2 pillar-less Kashgar Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 5,000 guests theatre-style, and is divisible into 16 smaller rooms. There are six other junior ballrooms that can accommodate group sizes from as small as 12 to a maximum of 1,600 guests, theatre-style.
