Play@Sheraton Kids Club to open at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort in time for family travel

BALI, Indonesia - Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort, the newly opened luxurious resort located in the heart of the famed Kuta Beach, is excited to announce that it will be introducing Play@Sheraton Kids Club for its youngest guests to enjoy from June onwards. Play@Sheraton Kids Club is designed to enhance the entire family’s travel experience with a fully-tailored program including special amenities, education, and entertainment geared toward children up to 12 years old.

Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort will launch the Play@Sheraton Kids Club with a grand opening celebration on Saturday, June 7.

Activities at Play@Sheraton are built upon an “edutainment” concept enabling young resort guests to explore the Balinese culture, community, and people in a way that is both educational and fun.

Play@Sheraton has partnered with Nickelodeon to feature character favorites such as Sponge Bob Square Pants, Dora the Explorer, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, and Avatar in its activity offerings, adding another layer of excitement to enhance learning.

Themed children’s activities at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort are designed with two different age groups in mind. World of Nickelodeon is a way for three to five-year-old kids to use technology to explore the world with their favorite Nickelodeon character. I’m an Explorer program for six to twelve-year-old kids encourages curiosity and creativity through art, exposure to local culture, and advanced technology. All children have options such as playing and exploring with new friends, taking in a movie from Play@Sheraton’s vast selection, or simply relaxing while reading a book. Play@Sheraton also promotes the spirit of learning and sharing through creative art activities.

Kids will also have fun selecting healthy foods to eat using Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort’s Colour Your Mini Plate menu, a dining option that inspires little ones to enjoy eating well. Families can take advantage of the resort’s other kid-friendly food and beverage offerings as well, such as a kids cooking class at Play@Sheraton and dining discounts of up to 50% for children up to 12 years.

Play@Sheraton Kids Club is a unique two-level, 136 square meters situated between the hotel and the adjacent Beachwalk outdoor shopping mall. The reception area opens to a bright and inviting room featuring a curved communal table with two computer stations, a 42-inch TV wall with international channel availability, DVD movies and player, Play Station 3 devices available for video gaming, complimentary wireless internet, a selection of local and international books, plus a mini toilet and wash basin. Children can also enjoy play and activities in the outdoor wet area and sand pit. Play@Sheraton is available to Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort in-house guests from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily for free. The kids club is also accessible for outside guests to leave their children while having a relaxing treatment at Shine Spa.

Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort customizes the fun for its young guests before arrival by sending the family questions via email so resort staff can learn about likes and interests to tailor every aspect of the child’s stay. Upon check in, each child receives his or her own Sheraton drawstring bag filled with kid-friendly items and activities. In room, special amenities are set up for the comfort and enjoyment of each young guest so they enjoy their Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort experience from start to finish, such as kids hooded bathrobe, bath amenities and slipper. Special in-room features are also made available upon request, such as potty seat, bottle warmer, step, baby crib, etc.

Guests with kids can enjoy all the aforementioned conveniences by reserving the family room with one King Bed and one Twin Bed room connected by a foyer where the little ones can have their own space to play.
