Centara names manager for Danang resort

Centara Hotels & Resorts, has announced the appointment of Steve Chong as general manager of Sandy Beach Non Nuoc Resort Da Nang Vietnam, Managed by Centara.
A Singaporean national, Chong has had over 45 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked with leading hotels including Hilton Singapore, Shangri-La Singapore, Asia Hotel Bangkok and Ambassador Hotel Bangkok.
Prior to being appointed as general manager of Sandy Beach Non Nuoc Resort Danang Vietnam, Managed by Centara, he was projects consultant at Hospitality Ventures Company Limited in Yangon, Myanmar.

Sandy Beach Non Nuoc Resort is located on Non Nuoc Beach, renowned for being one of the six most beautiful beaches in the world. The resort was the first four-star international standard hotel to open in this resort area.
Sandy Beach Resort has undergone major refurbishment and renovations since 2013. It serves a mix of leisure travellers and incentive groups. The resort has topped the list in The Guide Magazine for three consecutive years as the “Natural Landscaped Beach Resort That Offers Utmost Relaxation”.
The resort stands on a 42 acre property and offers a variety of accommodation, with rooms, suites, bungalows and villas.
Visitors staying at this Danang beach can also visit UNESCO heritage sites such as Hue Imperial City, Hoi An Ancient Town, the Ba Na Hills, and My Son Holy Land, while the scenic beauties of Marble Mountain are within easy reach.
There are two championship golf courses nearby and the resort is located just 20 minutes from Danang Airport.
