BANGKOK  Thai Airways International held a lucky draw recently to reward passengers who participated in its Customer Satisfaction Survey, conducted on a quarterly basis.

The survey is conducted on board with passengers on all routes and classes of travel.

THAI has been conducting quarterly customer satisfaction surveys since 1997 to measure the service experience throughout the entire duration of passengers’ journeys, from ticket reservation, on board experience, to arrival at the final destination.

The survey assists THAI’s management to identify areas where improvements are required and offers insights into customer needs and expectations.

THAI recently held a one-time lucky draw for each month of the year, applicable for passengers who flew with THAI in 2015 and participated in the Customer Satisfaction Survey (TCCS).

The monthly winners receive two free confirmed economy class roundtrip tickets for travel on the THAI routenet to/from Bangkok, Thailand.
