Qatar launches digital membership

DOHA Qatar Airways has officially launched digital membership for its Privilege Club members.

It will provide a more convenient option for travellers to redeem points no matter where they are.

Available to all Privilege Club membership tiers – Burgundy, Silver, Gold and Platinum – the new digital membership provides travellers with the same level of service as the physical card, but uses their smart phones or tablets.

Members can continue earning and redeeming Qmiles on the airline’s products and services, while presenting their membership on a smart phone or tablet via the Qatar Airways App, mobile website.

Qatar Airways vice president of CRM and loyalty, Ian Di Tullio, said: “Our new digital membership, provides the most accessible service for our Privilege Club members as they travel.”

Privilege Club members can take advantage of a number of English and Arabic-language digital services available to them including the Qatar Airways App allowing travellers to book flights, check-in, manage their accounts and enjoy benefits and offers from the convenience of a smart phone, tablet or desktop – anywhere in the world.
