WorldBridge Secure Logistics, a member of the WorldBridge Group, on Friday signed a joint-venture agreement with US security and protection company Brink’s.
The deal is expected to bring secure transportation services in the Kingdom to the next level.
Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, Brink’s serves customers in more than 100 countries and employs approximately 134,000 people, offering corporate financial logistics and international secure transportation.
WorldBridge Secure Logistic, meanwhile, specialises in the secure delivery of goods such as gold, diamonds, and jewellery.
Khy Phanna, general manager of WorldBridge Secure Logistics, said the new partnership will bring international standards to the sector.
“Through this JV, we will expand our activities with efficiency and stability, complying with national and international standards to build trust among local and international customers.
“As part of the partnership, we will set up a cash processing centre in Cambodia in the second quarter of this year to service banks and other companies in the Kingdom. We will be the first company to establish this type of facility.”
