Kerry Express and Circle K have entered into a partnership that allows customers to use Circle K outlets as parcel delivery service points.
The partnership with Kerry Express is an important step in Circle K’s goal to respond to more consumer needs, according to the official press release.
Circle K continues to focus on developing new partnerships to create new experiences for customers and offer quality services, it said.
“We are officially introducing parcel shipping services in partnership with Kerry Express at all Circle K outlets to increase convenience for customers,” said Steven Yos, executive director of TH CVS, the company that operates Circle K convenience stores in Cambodia.
“This service allows customers to send their packages at Circle K counters. Users will enjoy the same service they would at any Kerry Express drop point, except that at Circle K the counters are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” Mr Yos said.
He said that in its first year of operation in Cambodia, Circle K has opened 21 outlets, adding that 2 or 3 new outlets will open in Phnom Penh this month.
Mr Yos said TH CVS plans to open 300 Circle K outlets nationwide, cashing in on the country’s improving retail outlook.
Circle K main focus is on ready-to-eat food items, exclusive import products, and other lifestyle products.
