Back in the good ol’ days the best in-flight purchase was a well made coffee or tea, in the early 2000s it was the purchase of an entertaining movie, Wi-Fi, iPads and now fliers can buy a car...
Shanghai based carrier, Spring Airlines has announced it will start selling cars on board its aircraft to complement other items on the sale menu, Bloomberg reported.
The low-cost carrier is reportedly in talks with several car brands to start selling their products on board, with car prices potentially starting at $16,000.
According to the carrier, flight staff will be trained to answer any automobile enquiries and even offer special discounts to particular fliers.
