Tar Balls from Gulf Oil Spill found on Texas Beaches

Shocker for Tourism Industry as Tar Balls from Gulf Oil spill has been found of Texas beaches. Officials has confirmed tar balls on Crystal beach, Texas marking the first time oil spill has reached Texas.
Tar Balls were found on Crystal beach last weekend. On Saturday about 12 tar balls washed up at the Crystal Beach which followed by 5 gallons of oil on Sunday.
Officials in the Texas has confirmed that the oil is indeed from Gulf Oil Spill but not ready to confirm that Texas is been hit by Gulf Oil Spill. Right now oil has been taken to the lab for research. Investigators are looking for the possibility of oil might have been carried along the Ship.
Oil was also found on the Galveston Beach in Texas as well. Officials are yet to confirm source of these Tar Balls. Officials are figuring out whether the oil is from Gulf Oil Spill on not. If is it then how did it reached Galveston Beach when it was not predicted to reach here.
Local Tourism Industry is also scared a bit after the incident and hoping for this to turn out one time event. They have seen what Oil Spill has done to Florida and Alabama Tourism. They don't want to follow thing to happen in Texas.
There were some tar balls sighted on East Beach this Sunday but the Coast Guards has made statement saying that its common to see tar balls on East Beach and Galveston Beach during high tide. They also assured tourists that beaches are open and safe to swim in water.
