Local freighter agents TNT said this following concern expressed by Gideon Kale from Solpopular kava last week over delays in exporting their products.

Speaking to Solomon Star Mr Kale said that it was been weeks that they were not able to export their products.
He said that their products were supposed to be exported to Tarawa and Nauru.

“However the delay was disappointing for us because as our products have been left for a longer period of time,” he said.

TNT said that there were two flights that were fully booked with cargoes from Brisbane and therefore Cargoes from Honiara were able to be taken onboard.

TNT said that there were others flights in which the products can be exported but the only cheapest is through Our Airlines with the routine from Brisbane to Honiara to Tarawa and then to Nauru.

This flights scheduled was only for Mondays which makes it difficult for the products to be exported.

TNT was not able to confirm when will be able to put the consignment onboard.
