Turkey to get dual Rotana developments

Rotana recently announced that it will open two new properties in Istanbul. The month of June will witness the brand’s make its maiden foray into the Turkish market.

The ‘Burgu Arjaan by Rotana’ and ‘Tango Arjaan by Rotana’ will officially open on 1 June 2015, adding a total of 318 keys to Rotana’s existing 13,359–strong room count.

The ‘Burgu Arjaan by Rotana’ is divided into two connected towers which will offer a total of 162 rooms. The ‘Tango Arjaan by Rotana’ will be a 156-key hotel offering a range from studios to one bedroom and two bedroom suites.

The two hotels will share a host of facilities such as the lobby, lounge café, business centre, restaurant, fitness and wellness club, indoor and outdoor pools and landscaped areas, as well as meeting and conference rooms.

Building on its partnership with Dap-Yapi, Rotana has also signed agreements for two new properties – the ‘Dalga Residences by Rotana’ and ‘Vazo Residences by Rotana’ – increasing its portfolio in the country to six hotels. The residences will add a further 272 rooms to Rotana’s existing inventory.
