The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) has been the voice of tourism in Asia Pacific for over 60 years. The association is headquartered in Bangkok, with regional offices in Frankfurt, New York, San Francisco, Beijing, and Sydney.

As it heads into the next phase of its development, it has an ambitious plan to keep “building the business” for its members and the tourism sector.PATA is now seeking to recruit senior industry professionals for the following positions.

Senior Director Marketing and Membership Services (Ref: DMM0511)

Reporting to the CEO; this role will drive the positioning, promotion, and membership relations for the association. Direct reports will include marketing personnel and regional directors. This is a crucial new role, which will require an experienced marketing and customer service professional to drive the customer engagement strategies.If this is a challenge which excites you, PATA would like to hear from you.

Regional Director Asia (Ref: RDA0511)

Asia is PATA’S largest and most diversified region, and it represents a substantial proportion of its membership. This new role, reporting to the DMMS, will be responsible for membership servicing in the region and representing PATA’S interests in various industry forums.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate an effective network within the region, and a track record of client servicing.
