Tourism promotion launched in HCM City

The second campaign to vote for “Ho Chi Minh City-the 100 interesting things” was launched by the municipal Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on December 17. 

The "100 interesting things" include historical and cultural sites, museums, and traditional markets, as well as nighttime entertainment venues, favourite southern dishes, special cultural, sports and tourism events, and trademark souvenirs.

The event aims to improve and standardize the quality of tourism services in Ho Chi Minh City to attract both domestic and foreign visitors.The results of the voting will be announced in April 2012.
