(Forimmediaterelease.net) During the course of his working visit to World Routes last week, Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture, was invited to the stand of Trinidad&Tobago to meet with world famous cricketer Brian Lara.
Mr. Lara, the celebrated West Indian cricketer widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen of all time, was at the World Routes in Abu Dhabi to increase visibility for the tourism industry of Trinidad&Tobago.
Minister St. Ange spoke with Mr. Brian Lara about his support for the annual Carnaval International de Victoria, due to take place in Victoria between February 8-10, 2013, and invited the sports legend to consider attending along with a contingent from the Caribbean island.
The two men took a series of pictures together and enjoyed a long conversation about the promotion of their respective island’s tourism in the increasingly competitive global tourism market. Both agreed that visibility remains key to the promotion of tourism.
