Launch of Songkran Festival celebratuion at Spices Cafe at Concorde Hotel Singapore

SINGAPORE – Concorde Hotel Singapore announced the launch of “Harvest of the Sea – Taste of Thailand” buffet dinner for the month of April, to celebrate the Songkran Festival.

A selection of all-time favourites such as tom yam soup, phad thai, seafood ho mok (Thai otah) is on the vast buffet for dinner at Spices Cafe, prepared by our new Executive Chef Sunny Goh, with consultative support and guidance from our good friends at Thai Airways.

“Tasty, Tempting with a Touch of Thai Taste!” said Mr Kittiphong, General Manager of Thai Airways.
