Embark on one of these rail adventures across China or Vietnam with Wendy Wu Tours:

Vietnam By Rail
This 13 day journey travels the entire length of the country, partly by rail and partly by road, starting in Hanoi in the North and following the east coast down to Saigon. Along the way, passengers will explore the UNESCO site of Halong Bay on board a Junk Boat, visit one of the foremost Hindu temple sites in South East Asia, My Son, and cruise along the Mekong River. The tour takes in sandy beaches, the vibrant cities and traditional Vietnamese countryside from the train carriage windows. The itinerary includes travelling on Vietnam’s overnight Reunification Express from Hanoi to Danang, and arriving in historic Saigon by train from the coastal resort of Nha Trang through beautiful countryside.

China Express
This seven day private tour travels from modern to ancient China on board the famous Bullet Train. After exploring the cosmopolitan city of Shanghai, also known as the ‘Paris of the East’, the Bullet Train transports passengers to Beijing, travelling at up to 200 miles per hour and completing the 800 mile journey in less than five hours. The last few days of the tour are spent in historic Beijing, where the Forbidden City and Great Wall of China await.

China By Rail
The 11 day trip provides a comprehensive look at the iconic highlights of ancient China by train, from the Great Wall and the Terracotta Warriors to bustling Shanghai and cosmopolitan Hong Kong. Starting in China’s capital city, Beijing, the itinerary incorporates three overnight trains on the journey to Hong Kong, via Xian and Shanghai. The adventure includes city sightseeing tours at each stop, a walk on the Great Wall, Tang Dynasty dancing and a dumpling meal in Xian and tour of the canal town of Wuzhen. There’s also the option of adding an extra five days and combining a trip to the Panda Conservation Centre in Chengdu and a three night cruise down the Yangtze River.

All Private Tour prices include international flights and current taxes, domestic transportation, accommodation, selected meals, touring with local guides, entrance fees and visa fees for UK and EU passport holders.
