Florida Tourism in trouble as Oil Reaches Pensacola Beach

The worst is here for Florida Tourism, as oil clumps was found on Pensacola Beach today. Florida Tourism fears that it may just be beginning and more bad news might follow soon.

Tourism industry and locals in Pensacola are freaked out. Tourism plays a vital role in Pensacola's economy, there are high possibility of local business to take a huge hit due to the Oil Spill. Hundreds of people worked to clean the clumps of Oil which washed up on the beach.

Despite that local authorities has called it a minor incident and assured that beach will remain open. However local people are worried that there business may to strong hit due to this. They don't think that many tourists will prefer to travel Pensacola beach.

With all attempts made by BP to curb Oil spill has failed, there are Strong possibility that other popular beaches in Florida may also face similar problems.

Hotel Booking has slowed down in the Florida, hotels are updating customers of the situation by posting latest images of the beaches to assure worried tourists. Florida has also started ad campaign to promote beaches which are not effected by Oil Spill. Despite that local tourism industry is feeling the heat. Many business has reported losses for the past couple of months and increasing risk of oil spill could add more to their woes.
