AKP Preah Sihanouk National and international tourists visit beaches in Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk province. According to the Provincial Tourism Department, during the three-day Pchum Ben Festival (Sept. 22-24), there were nearly 70,000 national and international tourists visiting Preah Sihanouk province.
