Housing Demand in Downtown Area Is about 50,000 Units a Year

Housing demand especially in downtown areas of Cambodia is estimated to be some 800,000 units between 2015 and 2030, or 50,000 units a year on average.

Secretary of State for Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction H.E. Pen Sophal shared the update recently with local media.

Urbanisation and rapid social economic growth was credited for the rise of housing demand in Cambodia.
