Outrigger regional appointment

BANGKOK, 1 August 2014: Outrigger Enterprises Group has named Alan Darr as corporate director, human resources and support for Asia Pacific.
Darr will provide strategic planning, direction and administration of human resources for the Asia-Pacific region.
He was most recently human resources consultant for Artyzen Hospitality in Hong Kong and previously worked with Shangri-La Hotels, first as director of resourcing and organisational development and then as vice president of human resources.

Prior to Shangri-La, Darr held roles with Genworth Financial as an HR manager for South Europe and also London.
Darr worked for IHG for almost nine years and held various roles located in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; and London serving as employee relations specialist, HR business partner for North America and director of HR for UK/Europe, respectively.
