BANGKOK Best Western Hotels & Resorts has opened an upscale hotel on the Indonesian island of Batam, just a short ferry ride from Singapore.
Best Western Premier Panbil is located in Batam’s Panbil Industrial Estate, a major commercial and residential area 14 km from Hang Nadim Airport and 15 km from the International Ferry Terminal.
The high-rise hotel offers 233 rooms and suites, all of which feature floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase stunning views of Batam and the Malacca Strait.
Hotel facilities include an outdoor pool, spa and a fitness centre.
The hotel features a ground floor restaurant providing local and international dishes and a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the city.
Best Western Premier Panbil has extensive function space including a large ballroom. Corporate guests can also take advantage of professional services at the business centre, and Wi-Fi is free-of-charge throughout the hotel.
