Australasia's leading service provider in hospitality, leisure and vacation ownership, Beneficium, hosted its third annual group-wide awards, the 'Benny Awards', at the newly relaunched The Star Gold Coast.
The parent company of the Gold Coast-based holiday companies, Classic Holidays and DAE, as well as finance, investment, education and technology companies, the Benny Awards recognised the group-wide achievements of their staff and Australian and New Zealand resorts over the past 12 months.
Award winners were announced in the following categories:
Beneficium CEO and Chairman, Ramy Filo, congratulated the nominees, winners and staff across the group for their efforts. "The Benny's are an annual celebration of our people, who show passion and dedication to their work, their colleagues and their industry," said Mr Filo.
This year's gala ceremony also coincided with the celebration of the 20th anniversary of global holiday exchange provider, DAE, which opened its doors on the Gold Coast in July, 1997.
DAE co-founder and CEO, Francis Taylor, shared the story of DAE's humble beginnings, and how their focus on customer service led them to expand into the world's largest independent owned exchange provider.
