Bangkok Airways increases frequency on its Bangkok-Chiang Mai route from three flights daily to four beginning 28 March. The added capacity will help the airline cater to increased demand during the two months when schools are closed in Thailand and the peak Songkran holiday period in April.
The new flight departs Bangkok at 1705 and returns from Chiang Mai at 1910. The existing three services continue to depart from Bangkok at 0805, 1210 and 2030. On the Chiang Mai-Bangkok sector, it offers two daily flights at 0655 and 1010.
A web saver fare, the lowest fare type on offer at the moment, sells a roundtrip fare to Chiang Mai at Bt3,530, all inclusive.
