TG reopens ticketing office

Thai Airways International?s contact centre, on Larn Luang Road, re-opens to provide reservation services to customers from today, 24 March.

Customers can call THAI contact centre in Larn Luang at 02 356 1111 during operating hours from 0800 to1700 at 150 phone-lines or by fax at 02 356 2222, 24-hours.

During 1700 to 0800, customers should call THAI?s temporary centre at THAI?s head office at 02-545-3000

Customers in need of group reservations assistance can contact the reservations coordinator at THAI?s Larn Luang office from Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1700 hours and Saturday, between 0800 and 1300.

THAI ticketing services remain operational at THAI?s Head Office on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road from Monday to Saturday during 0800 to 1700 and on Sunday during 0900 to 1300.
